So, we finally made it to Bristol. Amazing Bristol. We spent three nights there thanks to our amazing friend Zinny who we can’t thank enough, thanks Zinny! We had such a great time in Bristol… unfortunately I have almost NO photos of it! Probably because we were having too much fun partying and going to the Love Saves The Day Festival. Zinny also showed us some really cool bars and areas of Bristol, and we ate the best Jamaican food I’ve ever had from a restaurant called Rice and Things. Amazing. We both really loved Bristol and it seems like a really nice place to live.
After we left Bristol, we headed off on our Cotswolds adventure. The Cotswolds are a large hilly district with thousands of tiny tiny towns that are very old and extremely quaint, it’s like driving back in time. It’s a very very very beautiful area. We stayed in a place called Witney which is technically just outside the Cotswolds, and quite close to Oxford as well. We spent a very rainy and cold day in Oxford, seeing things like Trinity College etc, but we were too cold to really enjoy it. We also spent some time in the amazing little Cotswold towns of Bibury, Bourton-on-the-water, Stow-on-the-wold, Cirencester, and a few others.
Also in this gallery is Stratford-upon-Avon, which is where Shakespeare’s wife lived. It was SO cold there, we couldn’t stand it and had to leave.
